This Porthole infuser cocktail combines classic style with new Nordic inspirations. Hibiscus is what gives it a beautiful color and slightly complementary acidity. This, along with pink pepper, is a fantastic complement to the aquavit. Created by: Oskar Johansson
250ml O.P. Anderson
Slice an orange and lime into nice wheels, and put them in a bottle or jar. Add a good pinch of dried hibiscus flowers and rosé pepper. Add honey to a mixing glass filled with O.P. Anderson, pour it into the jar and let it sit for at least 6 hours!!
