Green Light Collins cocktail

What's it like?

50 ml O.P. Anderson
30 ml sorrel syrup*
40 ml fresh lemon juice or soda
A slice of lime

*Sorrel Syrup
75 g garden sorrel
300 ml water
200ml sugar

Shake the ingredients and serve with lots of ice in a Collins glass. Top off with soda and garnish with a slice of lime

Sorrel Syrup

Simply mix 75g of garden sorrel (which provides a better texture than wild sorrel) with 50cl of simple syrup in a blender. As for the simple syrup, be sure to use six parts of sugar and four parts of water. And that’s that. The sorrel syrup will keep its freshness up to a few days in the fridge.
