1 btl Brøndums Klar
200-250g Crabapples (other apple varieties can also be used)
Preferably use red crabapple if possible. Slice the apples in half and put them in a canned container. Add the Brøndums Klar aquavit and let it rest for 3 months. Filter the liquid and place it in bottles or containers for later consumption.
